These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HaulSimple ("HaulSimple", "we", "us", or "our"), a software platform for trucking carriers, owner-operators, and dispatchers. HaulSimple is operated by Nudara Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
0. Legal Disclaimer
HaulSimple is a software platform operated by Nudara Global LLC. HaulSimple provides trucking operations software and does not operate as a motor carrier, freight broker, dispatch service, factoring company, insurance provider, or legal/tax advisor. You are solely responsible for your compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and any other applicable regulations.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
- HaulSimple is offered on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
- Annual plans are billed up front. Monthly plans are billed each month on the renewal date.
- Applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST) may be added at checkout.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in Settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable transportation regulation.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service.
- Upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt service availability.
- Use the service to send spam or harassing communications.
5. Your Data
You retain all rights to load, customer, driver, and operational data you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant HaulSimple a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or third-party services (carriers, brokers, ELD providers, payment processors).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaulSimple's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where HaulSimple is headquartered.
